Dinan
Dinan is a medieval citadel perched above the magnificent Rance valley, and undoubtedly one of the most beautiful towns in Brittany.
The ramparts still run all the way around the town, with its surprising and unique heritage that has sheltered behind its walls for so many centuries: the belfry, the churches and convents, the half-timbered houses, and the narrow alleys waiting for you to come and discover them.
Dinan is an unspoilt place that has managed to retain its soul, with its mosaic of colours and contrasts illuminating the Rance region where the natural surroundings still predominate, leading you along the water’s edge and along its footpaths to yet more unexpected treasures.
