"Delaunay" Restaurant
On the Rocher Corsaire in Saint Malo, Didier Delaunay has chosen to work with the treasure of his region, respecting the ingredients and adding a touch of originality: Cancale oysters, AOC mussels from the Mont-St-Michel Bay mussel beds, rack of Mont-St-Michel Bay salt marsh lamb, kouign amann with salt butter, and so on.
Brigitte Delaunay, who offers her guests the warm, smiling welcome normally reserved for friends, has selected about sixty or so wine-growers from the various AOC wine-growing regions, for perfect wine food pairings that will delight all those who appreciate food and drink.
Menu €32 à la carte from €38
Open from 6.30pm in the evening and by booking for lunch for 8 to 40 people with a set menu.
Closed on Sundays apart from when followed by a bank holiday (and Mondays out of season)
