"La table du Marais" Restaurant
Pascal Raffray, former chef at the Barrière Grand Hotel in Dinard and chef de partie at the Maisons de Bricourt now welcomes guests to the Table du Marais, just next to the church. The sophisticated, original dishes are made using market produce. A sardine croustillant with basil will awaken your senses, then the brandade-style back of cod with a caviar of tomato vinaigrette or the double Pré Bois farm-reared pork chop with a vincotto sauce will delight you, before you succumb to a thin crêpe roll of rice pudding with cider caramel. All served with a fine selection of wines by the glass (from €2) or the bottle. Fine food in a warm atmosphere, a simple yet genuine pleasure.
